Upon reception of payment we will endeavor to ship your order within 2-5 working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excl holidays) and pending payment authorization or verification. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the holiday peak periods, orders may result in longer delivery times. 

All products will be shipped directly from Belgium with BPost with tracking number. Please note that we are not able to ship to postbox addresses. 

DAMIAAN will endeavour to clear any customs or import charges that may be applied on the order prior to shipment but is not responsible for any actions taken by customs post shipment. If in doubt, please contact your local authorities to inquire about these charges. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the relevant authority in your country.

If a package is returned to DAMIAAN because the customer did not claim the package, DAMIAAN does not send replacements. 

DAMIAAN will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
